2011年恒力泰公司開始進(jìn)軍耐火材料裝備行業(yè)，經(jīng)過技術(shù)調(diào)研充分了解了各種耐火磚的壓制生產(chǎn)工藝，經(jīng)過精心研發(fā)及制做，首先成功推出了YPR2500耐火磚自動(dòng)液壓機(jī)，現(xiàn)已成功推出了YPR3600,YPR2000，YPR1800L，YPR1600,YPR1250, YPR1300L，YPR1250G等系列耐火磚自動(dòng)液壓機(jī)。

After near 30 years of development, HLT has now developed its serial of product in over 30 models ranging from 600-30000 tons with an annual output of over 700 presses. In 2011, HLT began to enter the refractory equipment industry. After fully understanding the production technology of various refractory bricks and elaborately researching and developing, HLT first successfully launched the YPR2500 refractory automatic hydraulic press. Till now HLT has successfully launched YPR3600, YPR2000, YPR1800L, YPR1600, YPR 1250G, YPR1300L, YPR1250G series of refractory automatic hydraulic press.

YPR series refractory hydraulic press is developed by FOSHAN HENGLITAI MACHINERY CO., LTD. for producing refractory products in a dry-pressed way. Accurate product size control
The displacement of pressing cylinder and mobile mould frame is monitored by high-performance linear position sensor. The product size is controlled in a close-loop way that the adjustment is performed automatically to ensure the tolerance.

Dual pressing
The floating mould frame and main cylinder are controlled accurately in such a way that movement is synchronized, realizing the dual pressing for optimum density distribution.

采用壓制力閉環(huán)控制，通過壓力傳感器的反饋，經(jīng)過PLC的數(shù)據(jù)處理可按需要實(shí)現(xiàn)精確的分級變速加壓，多次排氣成型，最大限度地減少制品的氣孔率，增大制品密度。
Precise close-loop pressure control
With the help of the feedback from pressure transducer and data processed by PLC, the pressure is controlled in a close-loop manner for varied speed pressurization and multiple deaeration to minimize porosity and increase density.

Volumetric filling device equipped with material crusher and mixer, controlled by proportional technology, makes sure that the material in distributed evenly in the mould cavity and effectively avoids clustering and liquation in order the control weight variation within the limit.

內(nèi)容豐富的人性化操作界面及遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷技術(shù)。壓機(jī)工作模式轉(zhuǎn)換、壓制力控制、磚坯厚度調(diào)整、動(dòng)梁和料車速度控制等參數(shù)設(shè)定和調(diào)節(jié)均可在操作界面完成外，還設(shè)有故障錯(cuò)誤顯示、PLC輸入輸出接口動(dòng)態(tài)模擬等，并配裝了DVP通信模塊，通過人機(jī)界面可以設(shè)置DVP卡的參數(shù)，方便用戶進(jìn)行參數(shù)調(diào)整;通過配置遠(yuǎn)程通訊裝置，還可為用戶建立遠(yuǎn)程通訊系統(tǒng)，為用戶及時(shí)提供遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷服務(wù)并大大方便程序的改進(jìn)升級。
Digitalized smart control system
User-friendly interface and remote diagnosis technology. The switch of working mode, pressure control, thickness adjustment, plunger/speed control, etc are performed on the HMI. The error message and PLC input/output dynamic simulation are also shown on the HMI. With a DVP module, the DVP card value can be accessed and modify easily. The remote communication device can set up a remote control system for trouble-shooting and upgrade of program conveniently.

整機(jī)的安全保護(hù)措施齊全，杜絕摩擦壓機(jī)因誤操作而造成的人身傷害和設(shè)備損壞。壓制過程平穩(wěn)噪音小，輸料系統(tǒng)及填料系統(tǒng)密閉性好，粉塵散發(fā)少，改善了工人的工作環(huán)境，大大減少對人身的損害，主油泵和輔泵分別采用恒功率變量泵和恒壓式變量泵，發(fā)熱少節(jié)約能量。
Safe and energy-saving
An overall safety system to prevent the damage to staff and machine caused by human error which is seen in friction press. The noise level is controlled effectively during the pressing stage and transport system for material is properly sealed to avoid dusting, so as to improve working environment for workers and reduce harm to health. Constant power and constant pressure variable displacement pump are used as main pump and auxiliary pump, respectively, to reduces heat dissipation and save energy.
